Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the final goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must provide us (Matador Spielwaren Ges.mbH, Sportplatzstraße 21, A-3385 Markersdorf, phone number: +43 (0) 2749 50359, email: matador@matador.at) with a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached withdrawal form template for this purpose, but it is not required.

In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will repay to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery different than the most favourable standard delivery offered by us) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notice of your withdrawal from this contract has been received by us. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment as you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; In no case will you be charged for repayment fees. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days. You must bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods, if this loss of value is due to handling that is not necessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
