Where we ship
We ship from Austria to all countries offered to you during checkout. Within the EU we ship with DPD, to all other countries with Austrian Post.

Delivery times are counted from when your order is placed, not from dispatch. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. These times are based on experience and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Different rates apply to some island regions in Italy, Portugal and Spain. The exact amount for your delivery address is shown during checkout, before you place your order.
Shipping confirmation
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with the tracking number, so you can follow your delivery.
Deliveries outside the EU
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, prices are shown excluding VAT. On import, VAT, customs duties and fees may apply, payable by you to the relevant authorities or to the carrier. We have no influence on these amounts.
Damaged or missing parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at shop@matador.at. We will sort it out with the carrier and find a solution.
